On the other hand, being respected can give not only the employers, but the employees a different sense of value and peace. Knowing that they are working with someone who cares about their welfare and their opinions will make them work harder and these work ethics will yield better results in the future. Sometimes, all it takes for one person to keep going or even take the first single little step is to be inspired and mentored by a boss who does not claim to have mastered everything, but a person who wants to impart key learnings to you and only hopes for the best.
